The North Jersey Electric Railway Historical Society is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization (FEIN 22-2629576) founded in 1985 that is committed to further the study of historic electric railway operations and equipment. NJERHS collects and exhibits data and artifacts on these subjects for the benefit of its members as well as the general public. The Society also works to study other transportation vehicles and transportation history that is related to electric railways, street railways, trolley buses, motor buses, and other related transportation vehicles and systems.
