• November 15, 2011 - The Streetcars of [Most of] Japan. - Jack May will present an in-depth view of Japan's remaining streetcar operations in over a dozen cities. Included will even be new lines and Light Rail operations. Almost every city now has some low-floor cars. All systems except the two on the island of Hokkaido (Sapporo and Hakodate) will be covered for as long as time will allow.
• December 20, 2011 - Members Night. - Attendees are invited to bring a short presentation of slides or video. Please limit presentations to no longer than 8 minutes.
• January 17, 2012 - European Trams. - Bruce Russell will show some of his movies on European trams.

  Planned Work:
  1. Get the East End operational.
  2. Install the trolley bases. (Needs assistance of Beam, Inc.)
  3. Install Molding on the two temporary windows.
  4. Move Extra parts to the Trailer.
  5. Remove Southside Exterior paint.
